All of our beef is grass-fed and grass-finished primarily on native grasses and forbs. The slow-growing grasses of the southwest create a distinct flavor profile that our customers have come to know and love. We use humane ranching practices and ranch in a way that preserves and enhances the grasslands upon which our animals graze, mimicking the grazing habits of the Bison herds of old. Our beef is as clean as it gets, with no hormones pesticides, or antibiotics.

The 50 lb. Rancher’s Eighth represents approximately a 1/8 share of a harvested animal. You’re not only buying beef that is wildly delicious and healthy for you and your family, but you’re also supporting small ranchers in their ongoing quest to produce beef in a sustainable, environmentally friendly way.
