The 400 lb Whole Beef represents a full share of a harvested animal from a Sweet Grass Ranch. All of our beef is grass-fed and grass-finished primarily on native grasses and forbs. The slow-growing grasses of the southwest create a distinct flavor profile that our customers have come to know and love. We use humane ranching practices and ranch in a way that preserves and enhances the grasslands upon which our animals graze, mimicking the grazing habits of the Bison herds of old. Our beef is as clean as it gets, with no hormones pesticides, or antibiotics.
