Our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, raised by small family ranches across southern Colorado and northern New Mexico, with no added hormones or antibiotics.
Locally processed at Westcliffe Meats in Westcliffe, Colorado. Vacuum-sealed, individually labeled, and ready for your freezer.
Shipping: We ship via UPS Ground. Custom shipping rates apply to orders shipping to states east of Colorado.

Pickup & Shipping
Local pickup is available at our ranch in Saguache, Colorado in the San Luis Valley. Your box will be placed in a labeled chest freezer at the ranch house, located in the enclosed porch on the left under the window. Pickup is available Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We ship via UPS Ground. Orders are generally prepared and shipped the week following your purchase. Tracking information will be sent 1 to 3 days before your order ships. Orders shipping to any state east of Colorado require a custom shipping rate.
