Heart, liver, and kidney are finely ground and blended with our grass-finished ground beef, so you can use it in the same meals you already make with ground beef.

There’s no special preparation and no need to change the way you cook.

The same 75/25 blend is already combined in each package, so there’s nothing for you to portion or mix at home.

From the Ranch to Your Freezer
The beef in our Primal Blend is raised by small family ranches across southern Colorado and northern New Mexico and is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, with no added hormones or antibiotics.

Primal Blend is processed locally at Westcliffe Meats in Westcliffe, Colorado. Each 1 lb. package comes vacuum-sealed and labeled, ready for your freezer.

Cook It Like Ground Beef
No special recipe is needed. Use Primal Blend anywhere you would normally use ground beef:

Burgers • Tacos • Meatballs • Chili • Meat Sauce • Casseroles

The finely blended organ meats keep the texture familiar and the flavor balanced, making it an easy addition to everyday meals.

Pickup & Shipping
Local pickup is available at our ranch in Saguache, Colorado in the San Luis Valley. Your box will be placed in a labeled chest freezer at the ranch house, located in the enclosed porch on the left under the window. Pickup is available Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We ship via UPS Ground. Orders are generally prepared and shipped the week following your purchase. Tracking information will be sent 1 to 3 days before your order ships. Orders shipping to any state east of Colorado require a custom shipping rate.
