This box includes the same mix of steaks, roasts, and ground beef found in our 25 lb Rancher’s Select Box, just in half the size. It’s perfect for small households or for anyone wanting to try a variety of cuts before ordering a larger box. All of our beef is grass-fed and grass-finished on native grasses and forbs. The slow-growing grasses of the Southwest create a distinct flavor our customers have come to know and love
We follow the same cut ratios found in whole beef, however, please let us know the cuts you prefer within these groups.
Boxes are shipped out using 2-day ground shipping with UPS.
