All of our beef is grass-fed and grass-finished, primarily from native grasses and forbs. The slow-growing grasses of the Southwest create a distinctive flavor our customers know and love. We employ humane ranching practices and raise our cattle in ways that preserve and enhance the grasslands where our animals graze, mimicking the grazing habits of ancient bison herds. Our beef is as clean as possible, free from hormones, pesticides, and antibiotics.

Half of the 200 lb. cattle represents approximately half of a harvested animal.
